Okay I need to import a 2.8 MB Wordpress database (.xml) and the limit is 2MB. I've tried changing it in php.ini and .htaccess so I guess I'll leave it up so someone who knows what they're doing because apparently I don't :S. I guess I'll just send you my .htaccess or php.ini file and you change it up so it works or I'll just give you FTP access. Please PM me, and make you sure know how to do this...

A lot of times you can do this by copying and pasting rather than using the import. Might want to try that. I can give it a go if you'd like but try it first
After changing php.ini u have to restart apache did u do that ?? if it still doesnt work i can do this easily for u
