Champions League Draw

Arsenal face a Champions League quarter-final with Barcelona in a mouthwatering repeat of the 2006 final.

And Manchester United's pairing with Bayern Munich will evoke memories of the Red Devils' triumph in 1999.

Should they progress, United will face either Lyon or Bordeaux while Arsenal would take on the winners of Inter Milan and CSKA Moscow's tie.

The quarter-final first legs will be played on 30 and 31 March with the return fixtures on 6 and 7 April.

The final match is going to be Man Utd vs Barca, or at least, i wish so.

 

I agree with you, I hope that the this year final will be MU vs Barca. And I hope this year MU will win the trophy

 

Well United got a good draw although Bayern Munich is strong team but United love to play them as they help us to archive triumph in 1999 and I am sure United will pass them and have good chance to through finals as Semi Final draw is easy for us.

 

Mant Utd vs Barca should be a great final but i want to see what Bayern can really do. Big chance they will lose again Man Utd but still.

 

Yes most of us are guessing same final again and it would great if both teams will meet again and I know this time United will show their strength in Spain to prove English teams are better team then other leagues.

Im a Man Utd fan but my opinion is not biased by this..

I truely believe that this is going to happen:

Man Utd over Bayern
Lyon over Bordeaux
Inter over CSKA
Barca over Arsenal ( even though i like Arsenal and i hope they progress )

Then:

Man Utd over Lyon
Barca over Inter ( even though its not as simple as it looks.. there is always the Mourinho factor.. )

Final:

Man Utd over Barca ( as last year anything can happen.. )

Barca is not that strong this year so i hope Utd will beat them and reach 3 Ch.L. titles..

I would not bet against another Barceloan v Man United final. For me, the dark horse would be Inter Milan. That Jose Mourinho is a wily old fox.
