Hi everybody, A client of mine showed me this page - http://www.parc.hotel.alexandria.tourneo.ro/F_New/ If you look at the source you find this link which goes to this google page - http://www.google.com/search?num=100&hl=ro&q=parc+hotel+alexandria All pages from this website have in fact a link to a google page – This page http://www.hoteluri.bucuresti.tourneo.ro/F_New/ links to http://www.google.com/search?num=100&hl=ro&q=hoteluri+bucuresti , and so on.. What could be the point of this? I mean, can the webmaster of the website hope to influence the google serps by this method?? Any opinion? PS: the website has a much better serps than it’s competitors anyway…
Then why do it? Another thing is that the webmaster just modified this fact. As you can see the link test is " " for showing no character in page. Before it was a small character... i mean they must have a reason for doing it. Can't find a logic answer tough.
First, this does nothing from I can tell, probably some how used by all that javascripting to pull data from the search results is my first opinion. Second, who cares if it does help with SERPs, it would obviously be manipulative in nature and something you would want to stay away from.
