ChaCha.com is a new search engine with a twist. The twist is the human guides that help users with their searches. As a guide you will talk to users and ask questions if needed to refine their search allowing you to find the information that they need. Saving them the time and hassle of having to sift through all the ads and junk looking for what they want. You then give them information to the user via the chat. You are paid to help folks do web searches using an instant messaging system. The pay is about $5 an hour to start but will be raised to $10 once you reach elite. Keep in mind you are only paid for the time you are searching. The levels are apprentice, pro, master and elite.
