    Google is definitely better!!!

Alot of people dont know that they can get the same or better answers from google. Some of the guides uses google if you read up on some of the forums. People who are brand new to the internet have no idea that you can type your question in google and come up with the answer so they go to ask.com, chacha and other places.

I think it would stay around because all of the people who work for chacha will search chacha when they are not working just to keep the rankings up for the site.

I have used it for a search and the answers I got were the same answers on google but it does get rid of some of the spam sites in the results.

Chacha is a fad. They will be going ChoCho away within 12 - 16 months. Interesting idea, but in this day an age, with search is refined why would someone use them over Google, Yahoo, or MSN? All these search engines are spending billions of dollars to better their search (MSN is getting a lot better BTW) Yahoo has that Panama canal thing launching in the next week or so. My opinion, it i a nice idea, but a waste of time and money. They need to work on their revenue first. Using Google, Infospace, and other ad networks for results and income does not help build their name. All other search engines, even Mama have their own ad sales team. They do not. A business cannot survive on pizazz alone, they need income. They need also a financial backer, such as VC or a rich parent company. Since this is not the late 90's I would be amazed to see any VC give them a lot of ca-ching. Just a dose of reality.

    I'm leaning towards Google.
One of the things is that once you get used to a search engine, you're reluctant to switch. At least that's how it is for me.
