I have heard from many people that chacha will beat google at the search engine game. Do you guys agree? disagree? explain.
I don't think ChaCha can compete against Google. The main purpose of a search engine is to provide the user with a variety of quality relevant results. How can ChaCha accomplish this when they are mixing in sponsored listings with regular listings? There is a conflict of interest here. Secondly, searching with a guide is somewhat time-consuming. People don't want to wait around for answers unless they are lonely and need someone to talk to. Google gives the fastest relevant results, period.
I agree that ChaCha cannot compete with Google. Google is giving the most reliable results and has already established a good reputation.
Google is far away for chacha. They have to chase many other small search engines first ...................
chacha will need become a house hold name and I dont think that is going to happen soon. Honestly, they have no chance in beating Google.
Hello! Do you think that "mouse can eat snake" I don't Think so... Because Google was continuing to Build more Powerful and the largest SE.
Google is pretty much in a league of its own. Their only competition, if such a thing exist, is Yahoo and Google itself. ChaCha can become good, but not like Google. Google's territory is already claimed and no entity will take it from them!

funny service I was just testing the guide service, and I asked him if he was using google to help me he of course said he uses chacha
Even though I'm a Microsoft (Read: MSN) Fanboy, I gotta admit, I like this ChaCha thing and wish them the best of luck.
I doubt chacha will even become a big name, they won't even get up to ask.com level. It's a unique idea they have and wouldn't take much marketing to get it known but I think people will become fed up with their results.
