CGI proxy and encoded urls (proxy_encode)

    I am using cgi-proxy just fine and the html form that calls the script I have:

    <form action="cgi-bin/nph-proxy-1.cgi/010110A/x-proxy/start" method="post">
    HTML:
    problem is when I enable proxy_encode in CGI proxy so that the URLS are encoded I get an error messasge:




    any ideas?
