    how to find whether the site is CGI or non-CGI?

    1. Look for a directory called cgi-bin.
    2. Upload a test cgi file and chmod it to 755 and view from your browser.
    3. Ask your webhost

    Please tell me, where can i find directory to search for cgi-bin.

    From a digital marketer point of view, how can i identify sites which have CGI code or not?

    I don't know of a way to determine if a site is cgi enabled if it isn't your site.
