Hi there i am having a contest at my forum and want to give a certificate with the prize to winner since the contest is basically a test of what they learnt .......... Now i want someone to design the certificate with names of winners for cheap ......... Should i ask in contest section or you guys recomend a company and what paper should i use to get print out? cheers
