This would be the Facebook like or recommend buttons (but the FB share works) . Also, +1 from Google won't show up either. I used the exact code I was instructed to use from the official websites for these two buttons. the same problem happened when I tried using a widget to add these two buttons (sharethis , addthis , etc) .
Should we be guessing what the problem is ? Please post some code and/or a link to the site in question.
