Contest cereal box design [$25]

I need a cereal box design for a project. The winner will win $25 via PayPal or Alertpay, whichever you prefer. I require this job to be done using Photoshop.

The cereal will be called c e r e a l g i z e r (no spaces). Please make the name a separate layer so it can be changed in the future if needed. You should make a 3 dimensional (showing top, front, side), side, front, and back view. The colors scheme will be orange, yellow, and green. I do not care about the shade just make it look nice.

Here is a basic view of the packaging inside the cereal box, please make a nice photoshop picture of this if you can, with a cereal in the packaging:



On the right side of the cereal box please include a list of ingredients. For an example please follow this link.

The cereal box should be designed to target adults looking for energy! Let me know if you have any other questions.

Yes any size you want any colors any images any text but not sure what you mean can you make the inside of the packaging, with the three different compartments/colors! could you show me or explain a bit more and I shall do that for you thanks Ric!

I like the first one, it looks perfect. Is there anyway I can see it without the white background?
