CEMAGS - doesn't work?

    well i signed up to cecash (cemags) which is the highest paying pay per email program
    but when i tried to register to some of his websites(just to see if it works)
    the confirmation email doesn't come

    anyone knows why it doesn't work and is it just me with this problem?
