Cell Phone Monthly Subscription?

    How does one get in on that? what company does that for one?
    the user accepts online, to be billed 4.99 or whatever and the
    amount will show on his/her cellphone statement?
    i've seen a couple of sites that do this,,but can't seem
    to find any info on this business model
    anyone? anyone?
