    Just set up the blog, bulked up with some bought articles, but the two most recent posts are written by me.
    Domain at Godaddy.com
    Admin panel for you to add posts etc without any hassle.
    Adsense just put on, easy revenue, as site is so easy to run and maintain, well known how well google likes wordpress sites also.
    Assume no traffic/rev as site is new.
    Bidding starts at 10$. Will announce BIN soon.
