You are bidding on a fully-integrated, brand-focus identity. What you do with the company is up to you.

My friend is selling his web-based home theater company, http://www.celioentertainment.com. The site could be used as it is now (a projector site), or obviously can be transformed into a variety of things using the excellent design and shopping cart system as a framework.

Shopping cart functionality can be used via http://www.celioentertainment.com/store/ based on http://www.zen-cart.com/. The current system also has a very extensive back-end for inventory control, customer mangement, etc.

We are not sure what the selling price should be so we are going to just wait and see what you guys start bidding at.

Take a peak at all of the sections, including the flash sections and let us know if you have any questions.

So, is there any NET profit? Do you dropship or how does this web site work?

Is there a business structure (Corp., LLC etc.) included or is this a domain name, site and content? In any case what sort of contingent liability exposure is there for the lifetime gurantee? Will supplier relationships continue, margins, grosss and net sales, etc. would all be helpful.

It has not been filed as a corporation; it was going to be a joint venture but his partner had to focus on another job. Supplier relations are not a guarantee but they are very flexible so it should not be a problem (they have over 300 dealers).

On average there is a 30-50pt profit margin per screen and all prices are currently listed on the site.

He is selling the businesses' corporate presence: this includes the name, brand strategy, & web presence. the website features a highly-integrated shopping cart w/ turn-key e-commerce provided you have a merchant account or are applicable for one.

Depending on what the site sells for he may be willing to help with the transition whether it's to repurpose the content for a diffferent industry or company name altogether.

Basically it's an opportunity for anyone looking to jump into e-commerce to have everything they would need -- aside from their own dealer contacts and a merchant account-whether its home audio speakers iPod accessories, or anything really.

hmm I am not seeing a ton of interest in the site. Is there a problem or are you guys a little unsure about the site or what?

If I get no response I'll just cancel for now.

Not really sure what to bid honestly.

I'd only want the site for the design.

I wouldn't use it to sell home theatre stuff though. I'd use it as a network homepage to show off a portfolio of sites.
