Nah I don't think so. I think alot of the time it's an insecurity thing with girls who cake all the make-up on. I personally tend to just wear eye make-up and lip gloss as I'm too lazy to take tonnes of make-up off!! These celebs tend to be employed by the likes of Estee Lauder, Rimmel etc and so have to promote the make-up by wearing it.
To be fair all those photos showing the women actresses were done under professional lighting, used makeup professionals and probably even had photoshop professionals touching up the finished images. Not everyone looks like a million dollars every day of their lives. In some of those photos it looked like the actress was out getting groceries or doing normal everyday things that any one of us do. Do we get dressed up to go to the mall and shop or go to the bank and pay a bill? Then why should they? Also notice that the video didn't show any male actors and just women actors...that's because our society only seems to notice the "difference" when it comes to what a woman is wearing in public...which is really messed up if you ask me.
