The site is html, no backend or cms of any kind. The price is set minimally for a few reasons, one of which is I realize someone will want to rebuild on a CMS likely and better monetize and capitalize upon the traffic and CTR.

As far as the price, the minimum as now listed on SP is the minimum.

For the right member, with the right reputation, I might consider a considerable down payment and then the remainder over a few months to allow the revenue to complete payment

I haven't put any new content on the site since its launch in July honestly. The content there is what I wrote and images that I already had that were part of freshdames.com that were acquired through collaboration with other sties, webmasters, etc. - I have no licenses if that's what you're asking. I purposefully steer away from Getty, SI and other copyright issues, but I can't say 100% that there isn't something there that someone might raise an issue with; but again, the same that I had for freshdames.com for nearly 3 years and nay a complaint. Hope that helps.
