Celebrity site PR3 with Traffic - Low BIN

Be Careful: The title is misleading and i cant fix it! It is PR 2 no PR3!!!

I sell my Jenna Dewan (actress/celebrity) fan site. I sell this site because i am getting out of celebrity industry.

The site was made 2 months ago.

It ranked for "Jenna Dewan" in second page of google, but now it doesn't (it needs some links in order to rank again). This will really push the site because almost 600 searces per day are made for the keyword "Jenna Dewan" (according to Overture). So, the site can probably give a good adsense income.

Domain has a PR2 and is registered in godaddy (free push).

145 backlinks in Yahoo.

The site has a unique biography (it was written from our expert writer) and a fully custom design. It gets from 1000-1500 visits per month now.

Assume no revenue, as i don't track adsense for this site.
