I just had a talk with my partner and i will stretch my budget to $4500.

Just to answer some of the questions I received in PMs.

Escrow. Buyer pays the fee. If site is sold at BIN price. The buyer can reduce the fee amount.

Site hosting and fee: Sites are currently hosted on my dedicated (with 2 differnt ip addresses). If you like, I will offer 2 months free hosting on my server. I know google doesn't like many sites hosted on one server linking to each other. So if you can host these sites on different shared hosts, expect more traffic. To see how much bandwidth the sites use, please see the stats for each one of them.

Any reserve price: I have not mentioned any reserve price, but I think I will not sell the sites below 9K or something.

All the sites are submitted to more than 200 web directories recently and also to some (actually 5 of them) paid directories.

I never used "coop or LV" thing on any of these sites. I don't even have any co-op account at dp.

I am selling some of my sites because its getting difficult to manage a large number of sites and my server is getting very slow. And I am also in need of some money for my company's expansion. I have already sold 3 sites in this forum (sedir.org, poemsnpoetry.com, drinkrecipesbar.com) and am planning to sell around 3/4 more.

About msangelinajolie.com, yes the bidding was on but as it didn't met my reserve.

All the sites are registered with yahoo.com and most of them are registered till 21st July 2008. I think yahoo doesn't have any free push facility. Or does it? So all domains needs to be transferred.

How much time I spend on updating sites?
Zero. Once created I never touched the sites.

Is there an admin panel to add content.
No. Profiles, biography, filmography, discography etc pages are static. To add pictures and wallpapers, just upload the new pics and wallpapers in respective directories and it will be added automatically.

Will I help setting up the files on your server?
Yes. For sure.

FYI: I have added top links 2 days back on one of the sites ( http://www.msangelinajolie.com ) making around $1/day more for it. If the same is implemented on all the 20 sites that will make around $600/month more, making site worth more.
