    And here's some information about the revenue and some other answers to other questions I've been asked:

    First, the domain name isn't going to be something everybody will find appropriate. I'll go ahead and link to it using a tiny URL and you'll see for yourself why. Site Link

    Yes I've posted about this site before. I've previously tried to sell it. Had some offers. Sales didn't go through. Subsequently decided to put a plan in motion to take it to the next level but needed to raise $25,000 and wasn't able to, so I've decided to go ahead and sell it if I can get a decent offer.

    Revenue
    Except for $20 per month generated via Adsense and text link ads, revenue is not passive. $130 - $330 per month comes from actively going out and selling channel sponsor links or text links on individual pages; so any interested buyer would need to be prepared to actively sell the sites inventory of ad space every month, or maybe hire someone to do it. I appreciate and respect that in this marketplace revenue is considered to be based on passive or guaranteed recurring income, and that it doesn't count if you have to actively go out and sell links on your site every month since earnings will then depend on the buyer's ability to sell; but I'm not prepared to sell the site based only on passive income of $20.

    There are 18000+ posts. The majority of the posts are imported. In-house posts are the posts you see that are accompanied by photos and identified with a "Staff Editor" byline. Imported posts are listed under "Third party feed" byline, and all imported summaries link back to the source site.

    The photos database contains unlicensed photos as well. All photos are manually uploaded. There are 1000+ photos
    The forum is pretty much dead. 5784 users with new users joining every day; but no activity beyond a sign up.
