In the Verotel reporting system, there is not way to show members who cancel their membership from month to month. But you can see the trend by the week, or month (in sales) which stay fairly consistent. Even in the summer months where typically sales will dip a little during the warmer, U.S., summer months. This site remains stable.

I've had some people ask if they can get a copy of the existing CMS, and DB. They tend to be programmers who want a starting point, and pursue a different, more mainstream celebrity niche they think they can sell, or want a good start on a pay site model. Mainly because they can't buy the existing site.

For those looking for something like this, I will listen to your offers. But you still need to be in the low $XX,XXX range. I can help get you established, with some SEO from my celebrity network. But that is only one piece.

I do have a celebrity wallpaper DB, and smaller, and a bit older, celebrity DB option available for those who simply can't afford anything in that ball park. Just run a search.

For those who've asked me about SEO, and file name structure for files...

I have them all named by celebrity. There may be a rogue file here and there, but the vast majority are

SandraBullock101.jpg, or older files may be in this format, Bullock101.jpg, or BullockSandra.jpg.

All the files from the past few years are first name, last name and number. So, depending on your cms it should show up as www.yourdomain.com/Bullock/Bullock1.html/SandraBullock101.jpg (structure for example sake only).

Having a good structure is key in getting your pages indexed, as well as some nice SEO results. It's worked well over the years.

To clarify

The site is membership. People pay $14.95 a month for a recurring, and $16.95 for non-recurring. Since launch, I have not changed the price point up or down. All sales, or sign ups, handled through Verotel.

No, you cannot use paypal to process memberships.

In 2008, it's on pace (assuming no growth the rest of this year) to make $60,000.00. but since this site has tripled in the second year, and looking to double this year, growth is a given.

Also, I will be removing the message board from the site this weekend. Currently it's integrated, and we are spinning it off to another site. Most of the people who've contacted me on this site were not interested in the message board anyway.
