    Looks good. I would make the colors of the links in the ad which is in the posts match the rest of the ads.

    you mean that ads block in post should be the same as like others ads blocks ( sky blue )?

    don't expect too much from ad units. Link unites have always been the best for celebrity niche.

    I dont know about you but for me link units more and ad unit less

    I don't see anything done with the ad placement going against the TOS but it seems that the long list of posts just on the homepage alone might not be such a good idea. It took terribly long time just to finish loading the page.
