    I am thinking about selling one of the sites I have closest to my heart.

    I will ONLY pm seriously interested buyers with 10+ iTrader.

    PR 0 (previous PR4 and will be PR4+ when PR-appeal goes through in 1-3 weeks)

    Over 500 visits from digg/day
    Domain over 3 years WITH history
    1000 RSS Readers
    Pro-designed Wordpress
    Over 2.000 posts
    Over 2.000 visits a day without SEO or PR
    ALL traffic organic
    Currently making $6-$12 daily from Adsense/CJ/Adult Friend Finder

    I am taking bids but ONLY serious buyers and ONLY $3.000+

    I will only disclose URL to PM to reputable prospective buyers with iTrader 10+
    ( I am not desperate to sell so please don't send 'lowball' offers. Currently the blog gains 50+ RSS viewers/day with 2-5 posts a day; GOLDMINE for the right person)

    Also PR was dropped because of paid-links that have now been removed. Can be reinstated for extra $$-income but will cause dropped PR.

    Many people asking so I'll clarify a few things.

    1. I am doing the writing for now.

    2. PR was dropped because the site was selling links/posts - I removed the program and requested a reconsideration from Google and after going through the site the reinstated PR4!

    3. The pictures used right now are from free sources. We are in negotiations with a photo agency regarding a monthly fee for using pictures.

    4. The site makes about $200/month with an average of 2000 visits a day, some days $20 when a post is popular but we expect that it can make $500/month+ by just posting regularly for a couple of weeks

    I don't 'flip sites' as an business but just need some cash for an unexpected cost. Think $2.500 is a steal, and www.smartpagerank.com values ONLY the domain at close to $8.000 due to links, name, traffic and age! To give you an idea, this site received close to 1.000 page views a day for over a month with NO posts being made!
