Selling Celebrity fan sites

I have a number of celebrity fan sites/blogs that I'm selling. I'm selling off my entire network to focus on a few sites I'm passionate about. So here they are:

AbigailBreslinClub . com - This is a fan site dedicated to Abigail Breslin. Has 30+ unique posts. Minimal revenue from adsense but not monetized very well. 100-200 uniques a month. BIN = $25

ClubEfron . com - A Zac Efron fan site and blog that at one point was really doing well. It's slowed down a little but still a great site to add to any celebrity site profile. 200+ posts. 1000+ uniques a month. #1 for "meet zac efron". Revenue around $10 per month or so on average. BIN = $200

CodyLinleyClub . com - A website dedicated to Cody Linley. 600 uniques a month. 60+ posts. revenue a few bucks per month. BIN = $50

Bids welcome or a deal if you are buying all 3. More sites available as well but this is all listed at the moment.

EDIT: I have added 3 attachments. 1st is adsense proof from last 2 years. Most of it came in 08-09 when I was actively promoting these sites. There are also a few paid ads and paid links that get renewed quarterly or yearly it seems. I'm actually probably underestimating the actual income at $10 and a "few bucks"... Other 2 are traffic stats for last 30 days from ClubEfron and CodyLinleyClub...
