I have found some Celebrity domain names that are yet to be registered and i would like to register them.I just want to know if there is any legal issues to be done before i issue one. Say, I register a domain name called Obama.com ( assuming it is not yet registered ), and write things about Obama , will there be any legal issues later. Every opinion is always appreciated.! I think you can register! with no issue but sure dont use any trade mark words alongside with domain name.
