Selling Celebrity album with good traffic

Site does not contain any nude photos, some NSFW images but no nude images are uploaded on the website.

It is getting some good traffic from Google Images and Search ( 10k uniques in December 2010 and 5k uniques so far in January 2011; traffic screens below)

A Facebook page with around 400 fans http://www.facebook.com/pages/Babe-C...07818065955717 (used a service to get around 150 of those, twiends to get around a 100 and the rest from promoting on other facebook pages, it has not been promoted or updated in a while, will be transferred to you anyway)

Very small earnings due to the fact It's very hard for me to monetize it because i live in an Arab country (earnings shown below)

With the traffic it's getting, this site is being sold for a really cheap price; this is due to the fact that the traffic is unstable. Although 90% of the traffic comes from Google images and search it keeps fluctuating as you see in the screens.

Reason I'm selling the site: Adult and NSFW sites are blocked where i live, with the traffic the site is getting it will probably get blocked soon making it very hard for me to update it, and i can't manage to find a way to monetize the site properly etc.

As you can see, traffic has been stable for the past 15 days even though i haven't touched the site or made any work on it (others than removing ads which i placed earlier). Traffic in December was fluctuating due to the fact that i changed the theme and had some issues with the seo of the website; this made me go back to the original theme)

Recent gap is there is because i removed the code for a few days while i was doing some testing purposes. Analytics shows much less visitors because most of the visitors are coming through Google images and go straight to the image without the javascript of analytics loading.

You can force them to go to the website by installing a frame-break javascript but i don't know the effect of that on the website serps.

Why do you have random peaks in visitors? Anyway, I may be very interested, but if I buy it may have to be via a paypal e-cheque, would that be okay?

 

E-cheques are very dodgy to be honest; i never used them before but i just read that the buyer can cancel the payment if it hasn't been finished yet (and this takes 7 days). Add that to the fact that you have 0 Itraders doesn't please me, sorry but i think i'm going to turn you down.

Of course I wouldn't expect you to hand the site over until the e-cheque has cleared. The other option is I can transfer the money to another paypal account (which could take 3-7 days) and then to you instantly, but the reason why I asked if that would be okay is you will need to wait 3-7 days before you receive the money and you can hand over the site to me. But as I said, I will not expect the site until you have the money.
