Celebriton.Com like Celebrity Website Script

    I'm looking for a script for a website like celebriton.com
    Is there a script for that? Or can i use a CMS with some plugins for that purpose?
    BTW i can not pay 100s of dollars for a script.

    the website u said is built on a framework either code-igniter or cakephp.
    yes. u can use wordpress with custom theme and some plugins...
