    we join facebook to talk to friends but celebs dont talk online with friends they just tweet to their million followers

    simplicity and you can reach to more fans as compared to facebook and there is no limits (5000 in fb) for your followers :p

    Twitter is geared up for the quick update the celebrities like. Facebook is more for interacting and sharing. It's so much more submersive. Lots of celebs though are starting to get Facebook fanpages. I've even done a number for some relatively well known people.

    Facebook accounts have limits on friends. Twitter has no such limits and as mentioned is a lot simpler.
