Okay well it appears as if Dreamhost has completely refused to remove the site. Does anyone know if a lawyer would take this for a percentage of the penalty that Dreamhost receives?
You will need to check out with your local attorney if they are willing to do this. It all depends on your chances of winning and the amount they can squeeze out.
