help me i am having difficulty trying to set up my cd sign up the first problem that i am having is that when i get to the point to select a dial up number no matter what i choose it says no dial up number is selected. i am using IEAK i really don't even need them to pick thier dial up number there my isp wizard signup program has all the access numbers in it and they have to select thier dial up number before they even get to the optigold interface.

    please someone help

Make sure you assign the unique IDs under the dialup number setup.

ok now that the dial up numbers work correctly thank you shawn, everything was cool except it sent the realm down with the email login. can i strip the realm from that? our mail server is just user names no realm

There isn't... but if your mail server does not understand realms, your best bet would probably be to not use them in Optigold either (which should solve the problem of the realm being sent).

If you look on the customer's Services screen, do the emails have full domains?

Hmmm... do you happen to know which field within the CD signup file the email is in? If not, I'll figure it out.

Is the realm within the customer's Login by chance?

I did some digging, and the POP_Logon_Name attribute within the CD signup config file is coming from the customer's login field. So if the realm is not within the login, I'm not really sure how it would possibly get in there to be honest.

that is a real problem because i run three different realm names for customers and that is why i never put a realm in the login or email
