Hello, I recently purchased a portable DVD burner. I plugged it into my computer and then put the software CD into my CD-ROM drive. The software started to install but then froze. I re-booted my computer. Now the CD-Rom drive won't open. It is almost as if the computer is trying to read the CD inside the drive. The computer also is booting much slower than norm. Any advice on what I can do to get the CD out of the Drive? (besides tearing it apart). Thanks in advance, - Nick
there is a small hole in the front panel of your cd drive. Just use a pin and press the swith under the small hole and your CD tray will open. Hope that helps ..:: peace ::.. Jeba
Well, i had tried that already. But just tried again. Turns out you need to press hard. But now the CD ROM drive doesnt seem to work at all. Im going to re-boot and see what happens. Thanks alot.
