CD Key Shop - Bank Transfer as Payment Option?

I want to open an online cd key shop in my country (Iceland) (there is none presently). I will host it in the Netherlands. I haven't decided yet whether I will get a .com or .is (local) domain since I don't know whether the latter would be safe.

However I am wondering whether it would be a good idea to have bank transfer as a payment option for customers. Obviously I will allow them to pay with a credit card (through PayPal) like all online stores but I know that many of my customers will be kids and it might be hard for them to convince their parents to allow them to use their credit card to buy a key from my shop. I even considered 'local pickup' so the buyer could simply bring cash to my house and I'd give him the key but perhaps that would be too much.

What do you think? Would it be save to offer bank transfer to my personal bank account as a payment option in a cd key shop?

I wouldn't worry about it too much. Nobody is retarded enough to give their bank or CC info to idiots selling CD keys.
