I currently own about 10 ccc.info (3 character.info), and registering as soon as I found available ccc.info. However, is this domain name worth buying? Will the price increase after 6 - 12 month passes?
INFO domain names are commonly associated to MFA and useless content, but there are many quality sites with this extensionwho exceed anyone's expectations. If you are registering all the LLL.info garbage that expires everyday, you are wasting your time and money. Most good INFO domains are already taken, and 3 or more years older. Most 3 letters domain names purchased in the last years usually worth the registration cost and perhaps even less after the time passes by. Of course, exceptions to the rule apply
Not at all, sometimes you can get good deals from expired listings. In my experience, I was able to re-register 2 excellent domains at ordinary registration prices, and those domains were originally registerd in 2000, dot COMs though. You can continue registering INFO domains but analyze their potential. A domain name is expected to be either brandable, pronounceable or with an express meaning or application when it comes to only 3 letters or numbers
Then can you see if my domains have any potential at all? http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=160239 I have listed all my domain names for appraisal. Thank you.
Agree with Exe in that post, sath.info is the best among those listed and you can get for this low $xxx if you find the right buyer z7u.net is relatively good, although z, j, and k are letters that most potential buyers avoid. xo1.info and k8m.info, could have potential, but only if you find a concept they could stand for.
A better question is: how are you going about trying to sell these? You can hold any domain you want, but the chances someone will just happen to contact you to buy one is slim to none.
