CCAuthorize plugin error?

We have been using OG/CCAuthorize/Surepay for many months now without problem. Beginning yesterday, I am getting this response back on any credit card transactions:

    Returned Code: 3
[Plugin Warning] Unknown Internal Error; WARNING: transaction may have completed!! Please check your Transaction batch.

This happens on my main PC running OG.

If I run the cards on the PC that runs our OG web user, the cards process just fine.

I'm guessing I need to reinstall CCAuthorize? What is the best way to do that?

Yep, that was it. JRE 1.4 got installed. I pulled it and installed 1.2 and OG was happy.

    Thanks.

I've been dealing with this Java runtime version issue for quite some time now. I thought when I contacted support several months ago, I was told that the newest OG version had a CCAuthorize that would work with JRE 1.4.x. I just upgraded to the latest OG, and JRE 1.4.x still does not work with CCAuthorize.

This is a major pain, as with JRE 1.2.x, no Java applications work in either IE or Firefox. I have to keep installers for both versions and continuously bounce between them.

Will there be a version available without this limitation?

    Completely disregard -

I performed a workstation installation on my local machine, and it updated my plugins and works fine now.

I for some reason thought the plugins were pulled from the server.
