CCARDING.COM selling US BANK ACCOUNT & VISA Compatible with PAYPAL. Anyone Tried it?

Its my first thread i create so sorry if i do something wrong.

I visited a site called www.ccarding.com and I see that they sell ACCENT US BANK ACCOUNT with VISA card.

THey say it works 100% garanteed with paypal, but have anyone here tried it?
Im actually planning on getting my self one since paypal is always messing up my accounts, so hopefully I can use this slowly until i get more conftable with paypal..

Please share your thoughts and experience with them.

Just to let you know,

I didnt buy the accent from them, but from another seller. And it works on paypal fine.
I bought a VCC for ebay 2 days ago from them (it was advertised on talkgold im new here), and they delivered it within an hour or so.
