CC processing via web interface

    when processing a credit card from the web interface i get
    credit card was declined
    [plugin warning] unknown internal error
    warning transaction may have completed
    please check your transaction batch


    any idea where my problem may be?

    Go to Add/Remove Programs on the web server and make sure you have Java Runtime 1.2.x installed.

    Go ahead and uninstall that, and instead install 1.2.x
