CC process trial period

    Is it possible the reason I was able to process credit cards on Optigold and am no longer able to do so is because there was a free "trial period" (and I was unaware thats what it was) and I have actually never purchased the required plug ins. Thank you.

    Yep... that's definitely what it is if you didn't purchase whatever plug-in you are using.
