Recently, all of my transactions are being declined and termed as unauthorized saying that the CC does not have enough funds. My monthly spending limit is 30,000 INR that is equal to around 700 USD & the cycle starts from 2nd of every month. Even if I have zero balance in the account, I am authorized to do any transaction within 700 USD for that one month of time. This month, it's behaving strange. I haven't spend a single penny out of it till now and it says not enough funds. FYI, It's HDFC bank. Anyone can help?
Have you contacted your bank to ask them what happened ? I am sure your bank is the best party to tell you what's happening. As much as there is a spending limit on your credit card, any existing credit on your card would inevitably reduce the available credits available for you to spend.
