Anyone know classifications of countries in regards to credit card fraud and traffic conversion quality? Looked for some reports online, but only found top 12 lists etc, I would like more data.. Is there no megalist with all countries? (Tier1,Tier2,Tier3) examples: Thanks!
There is no use if you have the list coz you still need to do business with this country. What you can do is differentiated the legit and the fraud payment. BTW,you can see more information at here consumerfraudreporting.org/internet_scam_statistics.htm
