CC / DC verification ?

    Hello ,

    Well I have SBI ATM Card since 4-5 years and i m unable to verify my DC in paypal ,,why ?

    i submitted all details accurate but paypal showing me a msg like this - your bank did not approved your card for transaction..

    can anyone help me ?

    sbi master card international debit card should work.
