daam today i updated my cc address my account got limited now they are asking to confirm your address proof and to confirm your credit card when i clik on confirm on credit card a screen comes up to add a new credit card .How can i add a new card as i have only 1 credit card with me . and my credit card got charged also 2 times updating the credit info and address details both time 1$ each was charged from your credit card and the balance does not come up in my paypal account . currently it seems paypal office is closed will call them after 8 IST TIME and resolve the matter hope they would help
Calling them is going to help you and I am sure they will solve the problem. As address is not going to be same all time so there shouldn't be any problem in changing it.
