You heard it right, the payment pages don't open. I've tried going to the pay page for one of my products, sometimes it opens, sometimes it doesn't open, gives me a server timeout or something. This is not an issue with my product only, but with other products as well. Sunday's are usually my best days of the week, but today has been absolutely the worst Sunday ever for sales.
I can verify this - I did some testing with Ripped on various products this morning. They were continually up and down (The order page). Not good! Jim
It doesn't happen all the time, sometimes the order links open ,sometimes they don't, they randomly go down at some point, and then go back up.
Yes, there is an issue with CB right now ... what is it with Sundays? Plimus blew out a whole Sunday for me last month with their nonsense ...
yeah I have not made one sale today which is complete bs! clickbank is really starting to piss me off and they never reply to any emails concerning this sort of thing
It has improved now, the problem is probably fixed now. However, when I made this thread, there really was a problem, and it wasn't my internet connection. I told taraff1 to try it out, and he had the same problem, the pay link wouldn't open, so it wasn't just me.
Clickbank sometimes always have stupid problems but there're still the top in the field so no worries though!
Yep, I have actually seen this happen before. Not good, although seems to be alright today. Anyone had any problems today? Chris
It's back at it again today....After 3PM EST, noticed a sudden stop in sales...tried various VALID credit cards, for various products.. All "Unable to Process at this time"... Again the affiliates and vendors get the shaft!
Our company also has the same problem with one of our products. This is what a potential customer who wrote in to contact us: Hi i have been trying to buy your book for 3 days now and every time i try to purchase it i get a message saying unable to process at this time can you please let me know if there is another way to get this book. Hopefully, Clickbank post an update on this soon.
