CB Allow Refund After 80 Days ?

    i have made a sale on 2008-07-19 and the merchant offer 56 Days money back guarantee,but the customer refunded today 2008-10-07.

    Does CB Allow Refund After 80 Days ?:confused:

    PS:i found i always got tons of refund on 1-2 days before the checks for the previous periods get calculated .

    I think you should contact ClickBank & ask why.

    This happened to me few months back, I contacted CB and they told me they had to do it because the customer was going to take action against the company.

    Let us know their answer this time.

    They refunded it because the person can still charge back after 60 days. It's in the best interest of everyone to refund it.

    But why this refund system is there,it just spoils everything,one day you bcecome excited seeing such and such amount of dollar and second day alas its gone
    Hate this refund system.Some other system shall be started like half money will be refunded,so that atleast half the amount commission is still there.

    Without such a refund system sales will be much less, and chargebacks as well. Remember that the credit card owner can request his bank for a chargeback and still get his money back without clickbank system or not - in this case clickbank dont just give the money of the order back, but charge you extra as well


    Moral of the story - offering the 100% money guarantee increase the overall number of sales

    Chargebacks can push a company from profitable to unprofitable. Chargebacks are bad bad bad.
