    I'm selling a CB Affiliate Website that makes around $125-$466+ a month. Its a review website, and is based on an evergreen niche. The website is over 5 months old, and is getting traffic from Google and other search engines. All the income is NET, since no advertising is involved.

    The website received 3.5k uniques in April, and has already made $107 in this month!
