Caught SIGTERM, shutting down error

This error has been annoying me ALL day. My mac server suddenly went down. I checked the error log and the last one was:

[Sun Dec 06 11:29:54 2009] [notice] caught SIGTERM, shutting down

I also got one yesterday a few times:

Please help me!! I've been searching online for hours. It's so frustrating.

 

are you running any script wiht apachey or any think else that using apachey ?
