Definitely dogs for me. Cats are cool, but what are they going to do if your house gets robbed?

 

Most dogs will just lick the robber to death or smell his ass until he's done.

 

I have two dogs here but my sister owns a cat instead.

Cats rule. Dogs are obedient. If that's what you want in a pet, then so be it. If you want a pet that is superior in intellect and personality, felines are the foshizle.

 

I have 3 cats and one dog. I realy like the independent attitude of cats, but dogs are much more personable. It's a tie.

 

cats are more disciplined and they're well behaved than dogs so cats got my vote

You can train them both. Dogs are fast learner than cats

you can even train them to do this:
