Category widget order?

Is there a plugin for controlling the order of the catergories widget? Or can the template be easily modified? I know you can do it by hierchy, but I will add more catergories as the website grows.

If I can't find anything I guess I can use HTML to hardcode it into a text widget, but I'd rather use a plugin.

How do you want to sort the categories?

 

I want to have several different review catergories and several different article catergories, but they tend to get mixed up with each other. I'd like those in one catergory to be listed together (for example, all the review categories first).

I may just hardcode it into the sidebar, or breakdown and buy xsitepro. I'd like to have the ability to create a subcatergory beneath the article catergories as well.
