category list for a typical general directory

Please tell me where can i get a list of category and how to add this to my PHPLD directory, cause i cant add 1000 category manually. i need a full category list for a general type of directory..

 

look at the phpld directory dump from www.directoryspy.com
You have to import that dump and run a mysql querry.

i could sell you a dump of 3400+ cats

but to be honest it would be better if you manually added cats to be unique

Installing a dump is my biggest regret. That's why I'm advertising for free links here and will be spending longer re-structuring my categories than I'd have spent doing them manually.
