Category Access in the wp-admin area

I see the plugin category access to protect access category by user in the blog page. I search plugin like that for admin area (in the wp-admin). Some people here know plugin like that?

I think, mybe I make alone. Here the picture category list in the wp-admin area to chosing category post:



I want filter this list, example I want only show in list at "EPFM" category. How do that?
