Categories for Drumming and Chocolate sites?

    I'm beginning to put together two new websites on the topics of drumming and chocolate.

    These will be standard contentsites, so i want to work up some categories that i will have...so far i've got the following:

    Drumming Site:

    -Drums & Equipment
    -Drummers
    -History of Drumming
    -Lessons & Exercises

    Chocolate Site:

    -Articles
    -History
    -Recipes

    Just wanted to hear what other ideas would make sense that would have plenty of content available...

    Yes, maybe i mis-stated. I mean other categories of articles that would be included under the main topics of drumming and chocolate.
